When you see a green checkmark (✅) in a tire's product title, that tire has been Buffaloes Tires Backed & Certified.

This means the tire has undergone our inspection process, including:

• Machine Inspection: Thoroughly checked using professional tire inspection equipment to identify potential defects.

• DOT Date Code Disclosure: The tire's manufacturing date code(s) has been disclosed in its individual product listing.

• Repair Inspection: Any existing patches have been inspected to verify that repairs are located in appropriate, repairable areas.

• Condition Review: The tire's overall condition has been evaluated before being approved for sale.

Our goal is to provide accurate information about every tire so you know what you're purchasing before it arrives.

🔍 Purchasing Tires Without the Green Checkmark

Customers are welcome to purchase tires that do not yet display our green certification checkmark.

For these purchases, we take additional steps before shipping:

1. Our team will inspect the tire(s) using our tire inspection equipment.

2. We will send a follow-up email disclosing the tire's condition, DOT date code, repair information, and other relevant details.

3. The buyer must review and confirm acceptance of the tire's condition before we ship the order.

This additional inspection and confirmation process may add approximately 1–2 business days to your order's processing time.

We will not ship these tires until we receive your confirmation.

📦 Shipping Information

We proudly ship tires nationwide throughout the United States.

• Estimated Shipping Time: Approximately 3–10 business days, depending on your destination and carrier.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

• Processing: Orders requiring additional inspection and buyer confirmation may take an extra 1–2 business days before shipment.

• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

🔄 7-Day Return Policy

We strive to disclose as much information as possible about each tire before purchase, including its condition, date code, and known repairs. Our goal is to help customers make informed decisions and minimize unnecessary returns.

If you need to return your tire(s), the following policy applies:

• 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses for standard returns.

• Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund.

• Tire Condition: Returned tires must be in the same condition as delivered and must not have been mounted, driven on, damaged, or altered.

• Return Authorization: Customers must contact Buffaloes Tires before sending any tires back.

Once the returned tires have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less applicable fees.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged during shipping, or materially different from its description, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the tires they order are compatible with their vehicle.

Before placing your order, please double-check:

• The exact tire size, including width, aspect ratio, and wheel diameter.

• The vehicle's year, make, model, and trim.

• The required load index, speed rating, and load range.

• Whether your vehicle requires different front and rear tire sizes.

• Any manufacturer requirements or restrictions affecting tire fitment.

Please note that matching tire sizes alone does not always guarantee proper vehicle compatibility.

🛞 Important Used Tire Disclosure

Some used tires available for shipping have undergone previous professional repairs, including patches. These tires are inspected to verify that repairs are located in appropriate areas and meet our inspection criteria.

Used tires may also show normal signs of previous use, including cosmetic wear and varying tread depths. We encourage customers to carefully review each tire's individual listing, photographs, disclosed date codes, and condition information before purchasing.

While we take tire inspections seriously, no inspection process can guarantee that a used tire is free from every hidden defect or prevent future tire failure.
